Today the dog was blowing off the chain! That’s how we say it was windy. The Salomon Jib Academy skiers braved the elements in the morning and then took a rest while the lift was shut down for an hour or so. Around noon the skies opened up, the sun came out and the wind died down slightly.

 

Simon Dumont was in the house, killing it and motivating the crew. Bobby Brown threw down a double front flip and everyone jibbed the afternoon away.

 

After the mountain was closed the Salomon Crew headed down to the Shady Rest Park in Mammoth to play soccer. The teams were; Salomon Pros and Staff vs. the Jib Academy winners. The Scandinavians showed off there mad skills and the game ended up being super close! Let’s just say that the Jib kids probably won. Beckham would cry if he saw the crazy outfits these guys were wearing!

 

Thursday is the final day on snow, the wrap up dinner and awards. Stay tuned!
