So once again the Salomon UK freeski team cleared up at the British champ in Laax Switzerland! The standard was sky high even though their was a few of the big names not attending this year. Katie Summerhayes regained her tittle of British slopestyle and Big air champion and Woodsy also kept his tittle of british big air champ and coming 2nd in the Big air and 3rd in the Halfpipe. Molly Summerhayes won the kids skiercross for the 3rd year running and also came an incredible 2nd plce overall in the Big air only loosing out to her big sister Katie. Tyler Harding proved once again he is the best kid skier in the UK by winning every event in his age category and also making overall finals in each event. Our youngest team member Cal Sandieson made it on to the podium in the halfpipe and slopestyle and also the overall finals in the slopestyle. Josh Fawcett couldn't compete due to him recovering from his injury but he was massively supportive and he looks set to be back in action for the Oakley Grom games. I was the event MC once again and had an amazing week and could not be more proud of our team!
