Due to stock inventories Monday the 20th and Tuesday 21st of May , please be informed that there will be some extra days on delivery time.
For all orders placed between Friday the 17th and Tuesday the 21st of May, please take into account the delivery information below:
Products available within 24 to 72 hours, your order will be delivered between Thursday the 23rd and Monday the 27th of May
Products available within 7 days, your order will be delivered between Thursday the 30rd of May and Monday the 3rd of June

All orders placed before 3pm will be delivered by DHL within a maximum of 3 working days.
(For example, if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February at 3:30pm and choose standard delivery, it will be delivered on Friday 4 February at the latest).
If you want your products shipped quickly, you can select express delivery when submitting your order. All orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day by DHL Express (24 hours).
(For example, if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February at 3:30pm and choose express delivery, it will be delivered on Wednesday 2 February).
As certain products take longer to reach our depot, a delivery period of 7 days applies. This is shown by the words "In stock - 7-day delivery" in the size selection box on the relevant product page.
(For example, if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February at 3:30pm and it is shown as a 7-day delivery, it will be delivered on Thursday 10 February at the latest).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at www.salomon.com, you can return your product within 15 days. Items received within 15 working days of delivery will be accepted and the purchase price will be reimbursed, provided that they have not been washed or worn and that their original stickers remain in place.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because you have received a defective product, Salomon will pay the shipping costs. In this case, please contact customer services on +44 20 7078 3528, from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (local call).
You can return your goods via the English postal service. Please ensure that they are carefully packed and labeled. You should simply fill in the returns form as described in the returns procedure and enclose it with your parcel. You can download the returns procedure here.

At www.salomon.com, you can pay by bank (Banktransfer*) or credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard or by Paypal. A fully secure payment service is provided by Société Générale and Ogone.
*In this case, you have 10 days to make the Banktransfer from the day you made your order. Banktransfer payment is not compatible with Express Delivery. With this mean of payment, the delivery time is the time between the order and the Banktransfer, plus the time of the transfer, plus the delivery time.
