Mt Bachelor Jib Academy!

Jib Academy – Mt Bachelor

Salomon Jib Academy is coming to Mt Bachelor, Oregon April 9^th. They have had a great winter so far and we are looking forward to having some fun in the sun. We will have Nick Martini, Matt Walker, Tommy Ellingson, Seth Warner, John Symms and our very own, Sammy Carlson on hand to help coach.

As you know, this event is free to anyone under the age of 16 but you are required to have all the waivers signed by a parent/guardian, a helmet and a lift ticket. Mt Bachelor is providing discounted lift tickets that will be available during registration.

Here is the tentative schedule:

8:00am – Registration: We will be gathering in the Main West Lodge Saturday morning at 8:00am. If you have not signed up for the event in advance, please come to this location to get waitlisted. We will have discount lift tickets available here. All waivers need to be submitted during this time and you will receive your Jib Academy bib sticker.

9:00am – Shred: We will break into small groups and ski!

12:00pm – Lunch: The lunch will be served in the same area as registration. The finalists will be announced at this time

1:00pm – Finals – If you didn’t make it to finals, stick around, because your vote is what sends one skier to Mammoth!

2:00pm – Awards/Autograph Signing – Weather permitting, we will have the award ceremony and autograph signing outdoors
