The 2012 US Salomon Jib Academy will be hosting two US stops and we are excited to announce our locations.
What's Jib Academy all about? The tour is a global series of slopestyle contests for athletes 16 and under. Jib Academy events are 100% free, rider judged and all about having a great time with fellow skiers. Best part, you'll be hanging out with new people and our Salomon pro coaches.
We are very excited to offer the talents of our pro team with the likes of Bobby Brown, the one and only Nick Martine (our first Jib Academy winner), Matt Walker, Tommy "Airlines" Ellingson and Cody Ling. We may even have some other special guests, so stay tuned. You know the routine, winners come to Mammoth, CA for a dream week of skiing with our pro team.
We are proud to announce this year, in the US we will be at the following resorts:
Killington, VT - February 25, 2012
Snowbasin, UT - March 24, 2012
Both resorts have specific waivers so please konw they must be completed before any of the events.
